One-To-One Coaching

Coaching is a dialogue between coach and client for the purpose of empowering an individual to improve performance and achieve personal and career goals.  It involves the active and collaborative participation of both coach and client.

Hailed as the 21st century fast track to success the coach helps clients discover what they want, how to work towards setting goals, make action plans, monitor results and achieve personal and career outcomes.

Coaching is not therapy.  It involves a supportive relationship that is focused on increasing an individual’s awareness, knowledge and thought process through reflecting on one’s current coping skills, ability to deal with daily environmental demands, one’s degree of common sense and ultimately one’s overall mental well being.

A good coach acts as a mentor, trainer, educator and friend.  She inspires, challenges and motivates continuous performance improvement in a holistic way that allows for a healthy work/life balance.
