What is supervision?
‘Supervision’ sounds like you’re back at school
brining your work to be corrected. The reality could not be farther from
the truth. I prefer the words co-visioning when two professional people,
who are members of the same professional body LBCAI, abide by the
association’s Code of Ethics and Practice and have indemnity insurance
cover, agree to spend an hour or another agreed time to review the work of
the supervisee.
